Yes — that's the whole point. Open the carrier's "Manage my booking" page, enter the code plus your surname, and the reservation appears, same as any agency booking.
Consulates ask for a reservation, not a paid ticket — and several (France and Spain among them) explicitly advise against buying tickets before approval. A genuine reservation is the standard answer to that requirement.
Most reservations arrive within 10–20 minutes of payment, around the clock. If a flight can't be held, we switch to another valid option on your route and tell you.
